We have been to the Emerald on many occasions and are always completely satisfied,however this was the first time with the new owners and there are a few subtle differences to the previous owners. This did not affect our feelings during our stay. It remains an excellent destination in Hoi An.

Near to the town so good location, very clean, staff very helpful, lovely pool, breakfast was good, lovely setting, large shower with lots of hot water. Bikes free to hire. Transport to and from the airport was on time and reliable.

We had an amazing experience at Emerald Hoi An Riverside. We stayed in a river view room and it was a pleasure to wake up every morning and look out onto a peaceful and green outlook. Just beautiful. Staff were amazing and helpful. I was really impressed that they remembered our names and really went out of their way to make our stay as relaxing as possible. Rooms were clean, bed was super comfortable (we like firm beds). Breakfast was amazing. Great location, easy walk to all the restaurants on the island and over the walk bridge into town. Amazing stay would come again.

Spent a week relaxing here. The pool and resort were a perfect place to relax in the heat. Fantastic location by the river, quiet and peaceful but short walk to the old town. The staff were so wonderful. Huang the restaurant manager and all the staff were so friendly and made our staff so relaxing. The food was delicious and fresh. Hoa ( Mia) on reception was bubbly and full of enthusiasm and ideas. She arranged motorcycles for us to explore the hills and outskirts of the town. I would love to come back again!

Loved the location. The resort sits on the quiet end of the small island where the night market and many bars and restaurants reside. We stayed near the resort when we wanted quiet/relaxing time and could easily walk or bike to the more lively areas. The bikes on property were a huge plus and the guys at the front post were so friendly and fun to talk to. The pool is wonderful to hang by during the morning afternoon. It has soft/relaxing music in the afternoon, so you can still read without having loud music interrupt. Also loved all of the resident Geckos! The property seems to be relatively bug free, probably in large part to these great residents.

The hotel is very well located, very close to the center of Hoi An, but in a very quiet and beautiful area away from the hustle and bustle. Also near (10 or 15 mins far from some beautiful beaches). The staff is very friendly and very helpful, they take great care of the details. The hotel is beautiful and the surroundings and views too. The pool is very nice, and perfect to relax. Our room was very large, and had a huge terrace, they are very tastefully decorated maintaining the traditional style. The bed is very comfortable and the air conditioning works perfectly.

The staff were friendly and helpful. They were always happy to help, recommend restaurants, transfers and booking activities etc. It was a perfect location, only two blocks from Hoi An old town central. The facilities were great with the pool area, comfy seating looking over the water and the restaurant close by to order drinks and food. Would highly recommend staying at this hotel.

A peaceful spot by the river located a short walk away from the shops and restaurants. The riverside garden, restaurant, and pool were lovely. The bed was comfortable and clean. The staff were friendly and polite and tried their best to help with any issues.
